Information Technology - Help Desk

The Andover Newton IT Help Desk is available to help resolve basic computing issues for students, faculty and staff while they are on campus. However, the Andover Newton IT Department maintains school-owned hardware and software exclusively and IT Help Desk technicians will not repair hardware or reinstall software on personal computers.

The IT Help Desk is staffed during regular school business hours. Support for evening classes will depend on student worker availability (varies by semester). The IT Help Desk will respond to every ticket as quickly as possible. All non-emergency support requests received outside of the normal hours will be addressed at the beginning of the next business day.
