TABCOM NEWS: Ministry of Intervention/Listening Team

The rescheduled Ministry of Intervention/Listening Team training
session to be led by Dwight Lundgren is scheduled for March 3-4, 2006 at
Canonicus Camp and Conference Center in Exeter, Rhode Island. This is a
workshop that will help all participants deal with issues surrounding
conflict in congregations. It will explore strategies for the prevention
of conflict (e.g. "behavioral contracts") and help us to be present in a
healthy way to the leadership of local churches. The specific curriculum
will be worked out with Dwight as we approach the date. This workshop is
for anyone interested in bringing healthier behavior to congregations,
especially those who on the ABCORI "Listening Team" and the TABCOM
