Funny Book is Here!
----------------------------------------------
Hi Everyone,

If I had more time I'd tell you about the unbelievable difficulties
we've had getting the Funny Book produced this year. Let me just say
that at the final stage when all the files were ready and a local Kinkos
was ready to produce the book for us, the manager called us to tell us
that for the first time in its history the store's computer crashed and
they lost every file from customers, including ours! This is
representative of the road we've taken to get to this point--it has been
immensely frustrating.

I want to commend Pilar Rodriguez for the tremendous amount of time and
energy she's had to pour into this project. Most people probably would
have pulled their hair out and run off screaming by this point! But it
is FINALLY done.

I've put copies in staff and faculty boxes in Worcester. For everyone
else, please come by the Registrar's Office to pick one up.

Have a good afternoon,

Nancy

Housing Policy/Fuller Rooms/Counseling
----------------------------------------------
Hi Everyone,

Welcome back from break. I have 3 announcements for you. First, going
forward we will be allowing 2 unrelated people to share a single
bedroom apartment in Fuller Hall. We think that the way they are
configured makes this very workable (two rooms, each with a bathroom and
door to the hallway, connected to a mutual kitchen).

We have a few of these that are close to being available. You can find
more information about Fuller, including photographs of the apartments
at: http://www.ants.edu//student/housing/fuller.htm
If you are interested, please contact Pilar Rodriguez, Housing
Coordinator. Rent for these apartments is $845/month.

Second, I am about to begin a review of the housing policy. If you are
interested in helping me do this please let me know.

Finally, a reminder that I'm looking for people who are willing to send
me a confidential email about their experiences with the New England
Pastoral Institute, or NEPI as it is known. Your input is appreciated.

Hope your January is off to a good start!

Nancy

URGENT: Order Semester MBTA Passes Now!
--------------------------------------------------
Dear Students,

For some reason the MBTA failed to send us our usual MBTA semester
monthly pass forms, which Nayda usually includes in your registration
packets. The SPRING Semester Pass package order deadline was 1/5/06,
but because of their oversight they're giving us through the weekend to
get an order to them. The Spring Semester package includes 4 monthly
passes (Feb-May), which you pay for up front. Prices for various passes
are below (this represents an 11% discount off the regular monthly pass
price).

Please email me BEFORE TUESDAY if you are interested in a pass and
tell me what kind of pass you'd like (no later than Monday night). I
will fax an order to the T 1st thing next week. If you like, you can
drop a check off to me. Otherwise the amount will be added to your term
bill. I'll put T-Pass forms in the box on my door if you want to fill
one out and then slide it under my door with a check. Otherwise you can
email me with the type of pass you'd like and we'll bill you. Remember,
offices will be closed on Monday for the holiday, so you will not be
able to access my office on Monday.

Pass Type and cost for 4 Months
BOAT $704.88
BUS $110.36
COMBO $252.76
COMBO + $281.24
