How to submit visual art (on or before Friday, April 7):

1. See Joy in the cafe and hand her your piece(s)

2. Bring your art to the Meetinghouse
(open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm) and follow the directions on the sign in
the entry

3. Email Joy (joyful_i_am@yahoo.com) and set up a time to deliver your
art.

Film and TV Fellowship Movie Night - Saturday, March 25
-----------------------------------
Saturday, March 25
7:30pm in Sturtevant

The Film and TV Fellowship cordially invites you to join us for a
screening of "Jarhead" this Saturday evening in Sturtevant. Based on a
true story, the film depicts the life of a marine unit during the Gulf
War. Please note it is an "R" rated film and not suitable for children.

Come in your PJs if you like, we'll have popcorn and other snacks
waiting for you!

Registration will required for these events. Matriculated students at
any school are eligible for a 50% discount on registration fees.

Tuesday, March 28, "A BIG Ministry to AIDS Orphans in Zimbabwe"
The Rev. Abiot Moyo will make a presentation on the BIG Ministry he
began to improve living conditions, and to provide educational and
professional development to disadvantaged communities and care for
children and those infected with and affected by AIDS in Zimbabwe.

The Theology, Ministry, and Public Life Program at Andover Newton
Theological School Presents

"Racism and Race Relations" on March 29th by Andover Newton's Committee
On Racism and Dr. Kirk Jones.

The brief presentation is open to all and at no cost. Beverages and
snacks will be made available, free of charge. All are invited to
attend.

OPPORTUNITY FOR BAPTIST STUDENTS AND BAPTIST MINISTERS IN THE AREA -

Hazel Roper, the regional rep for the American Baptist Churches
Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board will be speaking with the
Baptist Polity class from 9-12 on March 30, and then hosting a lunch for
interested American Baptist students. The topics covered in the class
meeting will be negotiating with a church, salary and benefit
considerations, financial planning, retirement and medical insurance
planning. The class session and the lunch are open to any Baptist
students or area Baptist clergy who may not be in the class. If you are
not in the class, please contact Mark Heim if you plan to attend the
lunch. You can come to the class session unannounced.
