Extreme Makeover: Sturtevant
Saturday, April 22
10:00 - 4:00

Visitors to Sturtevant have probably been struck by an unavoidable reality: our student lounge needs a spring cleaning! The Men's Fellowship, The UCC Fellowship, the Ecology Ministry, the Film and TV Fellowship, and the Student Association have joined together in a drive to refresh and rejuvenate our cluttered and untidy Student Lounge. We would like to invite all interested students, Fellowships, and Student Organizations to join us for a work day on April 22. We will clean the upholstery, vacuum the carpets, wash tables, organize books, and tag broken furniture for removal. We also seek donations to make the Student Lounge a more pleasant and effective leisure area. Possible items include:

* Board Games
* Furniture (clean and in useable condition)
* A "new" TV with working input jacks
* Paintings or photos for the walls
* Donations for the Food Pantry
* A small refrigerator
* A portable or tabletop stereo
* Lamps
* Any other good ideas!

The student lounge is a vital fixture of our beautiful campus and an important space for study and socializing. We hope you'll join us to help make it a better!

Thanks from the Admissions Office

Thanks to everyone who helped with the Conference on Ministries this past weekend. Your time and energy were greatly appreciated as we welcomed over 60 people to campus, filling Appleton-Chase and Farwell Halls with those who came from a distance! We had good weather and spirit, and have received very positive feedback from our guests. You were all part of that and we thank you for your extra efforts at such a busy time.
