Reminder: Policy for Posting Fliers at ANTS
---------------------------------------------------------

Students and other members of the Andover Newton Theological School
community who wish to post fliers may do so without having to receive
permission to post such fliers, providing they follow the following
guidelines:

- Fliers must contain contact information for the group/person posting
the flier.
- Fliers may be posted only on bulletin boards (normally these are
located in building lobbies, hallways, and in the classrooms). However,
students may also post fliers on the inside of residential doors.
- Fliers may not be posted on the phone booth in the quad.
- Fliers must be removed within 48 hours of the event.
- Given the school's commitment to being as environmentally
responsible as possible, we urge that all community members post events
electronically on enews (enews@ants.edu) rather than in paper form.
Karen Brockney also lists all enews events on the school's main
calendar, located on the front page of the ANTS web site.
- Given that Appleton Chase does not have a bulletin board, fliers may
be posted via magnets on the door.
- Fliers may be left on cafeteria tables.

Each week designated staff will walk through buildings and remove fliers
that are not in line with these guidelines. Groups that continue to
violate this policy may have their posting privileges revoked, upon
recommendation by the Academic Dean and the Dean of Students and
Community Life. For questions regarding this policy please contact
Nancy Nienhuis, Dean of Students and Community Life.
