Power Shut Down on Friday, Dec. 29

Unfortunately, we will need to shut down the power to most of the
campus on Friday Dec 29th to reconnect the work we did a a couple of
months back. This means that on Friday Dec 29th the power will go off
between 8 and 9AM and remain so until mid-afternoon. The work actually
takes only about 4 hours, but NStar is notorious in its inability to
service customers on time, so we are reluctant to promise an early
reconnect. We are confident, however, that all will be well be the end
of the work day.

As before, most all buildings will be impacted, other than Herrick and
Colby. If there are any updates they will come from B&G.

Thank you for your patience as we try to move the campus forward about
65 years in one giant leap!
