Community Day is Coming! March 31st
------------------------
Please plan to join us for Community Day, Tuesday, March 31. Once again we will be joining with the Hebrew College Rabbinical School. We have many exciting sites(outdoor and indoor)--something for everyone so email me today to sign up. We are hoping to raise money for the Macedonia Church of God in Christ in Springfield, an African American Church burned down the day Pres. Obama was elected. So if you can't join us (or even if you can) I encourage you to send me a donation to pass on to the church (even $5 makes a difference). Hope to see you all on the 31st. Checks should be made out to the Macedonia Church of God in Christ.

Congregational Christian Historical Society Celebration, March 23rd
------------------------
Are you curious about that old Congregational Way, and ways in which history still provides identity and energy to church people today? On Monday, March 23, 2009, from 3-5 pm, the Congregational Christian Historical Society and Congregational Library will celebrate the merger of the two societies with a lively public event. Eve LaPlante, bestselling author of American Jezebel: The Uncommon Life of Anne Hutchinson and Salem Witch Judge: The Life and Repentance of Samuel Sewall, will talk to us about "Why Congregational History is Important." This is a great opportunity to find out what's going on at the Congregational Library and meet likeminded people with a passion for history. The event is free and open to the public, at the Wellesley Hills Congregational Church, 207 Washington Street, Wellesley Hills, MA. For more information, please contact Peggy Bendroth at the Congregational Library (617-523-0470).
