Allin Congregational Church, a United Church of Christ congregation in the historic center of Dedham, MA, seeks a part-time (15 hours per week) Director to lead and coordinate its educational program, including church school, adult education, and youth ministry. The new Director will enter a thriving program with a strong and growing Sunday School (41 children), an experienced team of Sunday School teachers, and a corps of committed volunteers that leads a wide variety of faith education programs.

The church seeks a Director with teaching experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong Christian faith. A Protestant Christian background would be helpful but not essential; Allin Church members are encouraged to apply with the understanding that their membership is not a factor in the consideration of their candidacies.

Except for most Sunday mornings from 9:30-11:30 a.m., hours are highly flexible and negotiable. The salary is competitive and will be commensurate with the selected candidate's education and experience. The starting date for the position is flexible but should begin no later than June 11, 2007.

Allin Church is an approximately 20-minute drive south from ANTS.
