Director of Religious Education

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Asheville, N.C., is seeking a Director of Religious Education. The position is full-time, beginning July 2, 2007, and includes a salary of between $38,000-$43,000, based on skills and experience, plus health care allowance, vacation, pension, and professional expenses. A bachelor's degree with experience in education or human services, as well as knowledge of and commitment to UU principles, is required. UUCA is a growing congregation in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains with more than 545 members and 160+ youth.
