Ecumenical Studies Fellow
The Ecumenical Studies Fellow will work to coordinate our new English language master's degree in Ecumenical Studies by distance learning.
In addition, the fellow will lecture one course (in English) each week for the Ukrainian students of the ecumenical studies program, will proofread and edit materials in English on a regular basis, and may assist in translating ecumenical texts into English.
The benefits of the fellowship include: a stipend of $500 per month (enough to live on in Lviv), a desk and a computer with internet access, and support for any individual research that the fellow wishes to undertake.
Applicants should be fluent in English, with a background in theology and ecumenical studies. They should hold at least a bachelor's degree by August 2007; current graduate students or those with a graduate degree may receive preference. Knowledge of French, Russian or Ukrainian would be useful, but is not required.
