10-15 "roommate" hours/week re: shared menu planning, shopping,
cleaning, cooking a few meals together with a 49 yo pleasant,
intelligent and altrusitic man with a well-managed mental illness of 25
years & part-time job. In return, free room and board in quiet, 2 BR
condo, centrally located in Exeter NH, a short commute. Plenty of
privacy & personal freedom, sofa bed in living room for your friends and
his, no dogs or smoking.
