The ideal candidate is:
* "Youth magnet" who relates well and connects with youth
* Experienced, and able to guide our youth (6th-grade and up) in their faith journey
* Able to develop and lead exciting fellowship, service, worship, and missions programs
* Open and nonjudgmental counselor
* Organized, and excellent communicator
* Ordained minister preferred but not required
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
