RAs Needed at Showa Boston

Showa Boston Institute for Language and Culture currently has openings
for
Resident Assistants. Part time, live-in work, in exchange for room and
board. Evening and weekend duties necessary. A great opportunity for
intercultural exchange and international education experience.

* B.A./B.S. degree required

* Interest in and/or experience with international education

* Interest in and/or experience with Japanese culture

* Native English speaker

* Previous residential life experience a plus

* Must be female

* Must be an American citizen or Permanent Resident

Showa Boston Institute is a residential academic institution,
established by
Showa Women's University, Tokyo, Japan. Its mission is to increase
students'
English proficiency, to develop their cross-cultural awareness, and to
foster their personal growth. Students share Japanese culture through
school
visits, festivals and personal contacts.

Work on-average 14 hours per week, in exchange for private room with a
private bath, full meal plan (when students are on campus), and use of
campus facilities (including pool and Jacuzzi), free parking, and
shuttle
bus (Showa to/from Reservoir T stop).
