The focus on youth ministry should achieve the following outcomes:
* Creative, biblical, and relevant ministry is offered that attracts and holds youth
* Youth increasingly know, grow in, serve, and share Jesus Christ
* Highly motivated adult leaders of youth are developed and deployed
* A physically and emotionally safe environment is present at all church sponsored youth activities
* Clear and timely communication regarding youth ministry is maintained with the congregation, youth, and parents
* Team spirit is generated with the other staff members revolving around the overall mission and vision of the of the church
