We are a small congregation supported by about 20 families with
attendance ranging from 10 to 20 persons on any Sunday. Our first
goal is to increase our size. We would like to at least double that

attendance over the next two years. We believe this to be
attainable based on Thanksgiving and Easter services attendance of 40

to 50 and our traditional Christmas Candle Light Service which is
attended by more than 100. A wedding or funeral, or Derby Academy
Commencement will fill the Church to capacity of close to 450.

Our assets include a close-knit, caring congregation committed to
continuing services in the community, to maintaining an historic
building in excellent condition, and to supporting an outreach
program that is already impressive given our size.

We anticipate offering a salary ranging from $45 to $60K depending on

the applicant's qualifications and experience. We do not have a
parsonage.
