Youth Director/Pastor Job Opportunity

Mayflower Congregational Church seeks a full time, salaried Youth Director/Minister who is passionate about working with 6th-12th graders as they continue to develop their spiritual selves. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and inter-personal skills and a proven track record of successfully interacting with and mentoring middle and high school youth.

Our congregation is increasingly optimistic and excited about our future and the positive impact we can make. A big reason for this optimism and excitement is our mandate to develop an already fine youth program into the finest program of its type*our Youth Director/Minister will lead us in that effort.
