Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Financial Aid

Chicago Theological Seminary seeks a Director of Recruitment,
Admissions, and Financial Aid. The Director is responsible for
implementing the recruitment goals of the Seminary's Strategic Plan,
reaching out to prospective students, and publicly articulating the
vision and mission of the Seminary to a range of constituencies. In this
capacity, the Director will be a primary contact person for work with
the seminary's outsourced marketing firm and work closely with the
Development Office. The Director will help to guide the consistent use
of the seminary's "brand" in publications, website development and
electronic communications. The Director also provides supervision to
the Associate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, focusing on
overarching financial aid policy and philosophy and on the awarding of
financial aid as it impacts recruitment. The successful candidate will
have a good knowledge of theological education, excellent communication
skills with diverse constituencies, a collaborative style, creativity
and initiative, and strong organizational and supervisory abilities. The
position is full-time. Salary commensurate with experience.
