The Parental Stress Line is a statewide 24 hour, 7 day a week helpline. Our mission is to prevent child abuse by providing distressed parents and caregivers with anonymous and confidential support. We help them identify their problems, needs and possible solutions. We recognize callers' strengths and build their self-confidence so they can become more self-sufficient and empowered. We also provide information and referrals to link the caller to external resources.
