Associate Minister for Youth and Adult Education

The Congregational Church of Needham, Massachusetts is looking for an energetic and creative individual, lay or ordained, to lead Youth Groups for our junior and senior high school students as well as to provide opportunities for adult religious education. This part-time position requires 15 to 20 hours per week (including Sunday evenings) for 10 months of the year. Fifty preteens and teenagers are participating in our youth programs this year, and the program has been growing every year. The mission of our youth program consists of equal parts of spiritual and religious education; fellowship, fun, and games; and opportunities to serve others.
