We seek a caring pastor who has a passionate love of Christ within their heart. We have an active congregation of between 30-40. We are a mission minded church, faithfully supporting local, national and world missions. Our goals are personal Christian growth, family & youth ministries and education. The primary ministry priorities we are seeking are: Preaching & Interpreting the Faith, Pastoral Care and Evangelism all of which could lead us to Church Growth. At this time we can offer a starting cash salary of around $24,400.00. We have a large parsonage with utilities included and can negotiate benefits, contribute towards retirement, medical insurance, travel, etc. Our community is part of the town of Springfield, VT (pop. 8,900).
