Associate Minister

Job Descripton: The Neighborhood Church is seeking an Associate Minister to become a member of our dynamic leadership team. We seek a person who has solid leadership abilities, a self starter with exceptional organizational skills, and proficient in creative programming. The Associate Minister must be biblically and theologically knowledgeable, possess exceptional communication skills, motivated to serve the needs of others, and love the people of our community.

We except the Associate Minister to work well with the staff members and the congregations in his/her area of responsibility. The areas of ministry for which the Associate Minister has responsibility are as follows:

*Youth Ministry and their Families
*Christian Action and Outreach
*Participation in the Faith Development Mission
*Preaching and Worship Leadership
*Participation in Adult Education

Total Salary and compensation package will be approximately $70,000.00 annually.
