Job Title: Minister of Youth and Families
Job Descripton: The First Congregational Church of Western Springs, Illinois, has a long and vital history of youth programming, from Chirstian Education to Confirmation, to fellowship groups for junior high and high school students. The Minister of Youth and Families will be responsible for deveoping and leading the spiritual life of the children, youth and families within the church and surrounding community. Programs will be lead and developed taking into account the issues facing today's youth and families, bringing a sense of fellowship and inclusion to all who become involved in the life of the church. This ministry advances the overall mission of the church, including worship leadership and pastoral care.
