Job Title: Youth Leader
Job Descripton: First Church of Christ, Congregational in Lynn, MA is searching for a youth director/leader for our small youth group, to serve the youth in grades 6-12. The hope is to set up a weekly or bi-weekly time to meet with the youth that is convenient for the leader and the youth. The purpose of the meeting is for faith building, fellowship and fun. The youth are involved with several fund raisers throughout the year in preparation for their annual conference trip in June. There are opportunities for them to meet with other youth groups in the New England area for retreats and outings. The youth also enjoy working on community service projects.
This is a part time position, and perfect for someone who needs to fulfill school requirements. Additional benefits available. This is wonderful opportunity to help the church youth grow in their relationship with Christ as well as with others.
