Job Title: PART-TIME YOUTH DIRECTOR
Job Descripton: Triumphant Cross Lutheran Church, Salem NH, is seeking
a caring and qualified adult part-time to guide our youth to grow in
faith, service, and knowledge of Jesus Christ and God's grace.
We would like our new director to have a mature faith in Jesus Christ
and a basic understanding and agreement with Lutheran theology. The
Director will plan, organize, and lead youth events and activities for
our congregation. Our youth group includes youth in 6th - 12th grade
with approximately 20 participating on a regular basis. We are looking
for a leader who will not only maintain the current program, but will
have the ability and vision to build upon the foundation, increase
participation, and find new ways to reach out to our youth.
The ideal candidate has experience working with youth, holds a
Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience, and is accustomed to
working with churches.
This is a part-time position, averaging 20 hours per week. The work
schedule will fluctuate due to the timing of various events and
activities. The starting salary is based upon experience.
