Job Title: Director of Youth Ministries
Job Descripton: The First Congregational Church (UCC) of Hudson, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministries. The qualities of an ideal candidate are
* Passionate about youth work;
* Able to guide our your (6th grade and up) in their faith journeys;
* Demonstrated an ability to develop and lead exciting fellowship, service, worship, and missions programs;
* Creative and energetic as a team player in a multi-staff church;
* Organized in presentations and programs;
* An excellent communicator.

Our congregations consists of over 1000 professional, family-focused members. While mainstream, we embrace a wide range of theologies.
