Job Descripton: The Dover Church is seeking a part-time Director of
Christian Education to resource and administer an active K-5 Church
School program. The position is part-time: 15-20 hours per week. The
successful candidate will work with a dedicated Christian Education
Committee in supporting teachers, evaluating curriculum, organizing
special events, and the overall planning and oversight for the Church
School. We are looking for a creative, energetic person of faith who can
work collegially with the rest of the church staff, encourage and
recognize volunteers, and keep a strong and well-supported Church School
moving ahead. Experience in church work or education is a plus – but
we're looking for the right person. The church is an active suburban
congregation in Metro West, south of Needham and Wellesley, and near
