Director of Youth Ministries
Job Descripton: The First Congregational Church in Hudson, Ohio, is
looking for a Director of Youth Ministries. Our ideal candidate will
have these qualities:

● Passionate about youth work
● Able to guide our youth (6th-grade and up) in their faith
journey
● Demonstrated ability to develop and lead exciting fellowship,
service, worship, and missions programs
● Creative, energetic, team player
● Organized, and excellent communicator

This is a full-time position with compensation above conference
guidelines. Our congregation consists of over 1000 professional,
family-focused members. While mainstream, we embrace a wide range of
theologies. Our historic church is located in the heart of a
sophisticated suburban community that mixes New England flavor with
Midwest values.
