Job Title: Executive Director of Waltham Community Day Center
Job Descripton: Responsible for the daily operations of the Day Center which serves as a day shelter for homeless and very poor adults, open M-F 1:30 pm-4:30pm. This includes supervision of staff and volunteers, social service provision, helping guests find housing, jobs and other resources; providing counseling, regular interaction and caring for all guests, oversight of set-up and clean-up of the center. Also responsible for fundraising and financial management of the organization in close collaboration with the Board of
Directors.
