Job Title: Operations Director
Job Descripton: We are a dynamic, nonprofit spiritual organization and retreat/conference and residential community located on 300+ acres cradled in the Taconic-Berkshire Mountains of Upstate New York at the
former Mt. Lebanon Shaker community.

The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a complex facility with varied business operations. The
ideal candidate would be a mid-career professional with a proven track record of success in all facets of operations and facilities management, including:

. Facilities and Campus Management
. Planning/Administrative Systems and Risk Management
. Resident Relations
. Supporting Enterprise Relations
. Programs and Guests Services
. Kitchen
. Information Technology
. Office Services
. Work Exchange/Volunteer Program

Position is full time (40 hours per week) with some evening and weekend hours required. Hiring salary range $32 - $35k depending on experience and qualifications; benefits include partial
paid health insurance, subsidized meals, holidays and generous vacation and sick leave.
