Asking questions was central to Jesus’ life and teaching. Join us as President Martin B. Copenhaver reads from his new book Jesus Is the Question: The 307 Questions Jesus Asked and the 3 He Answered (Abingdon, 2014).

The reading and discussion will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, in Wilson Chapel, with a reception to follow. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.

The Latino/a Community is a vibrant and ever-growing part of the American experience. Worship in this tradition is just as rich. As ministers across the country work towards being more inclusive and multicultural, understanding the history, current practice and potential future of the Latino Church in America has become essential.

Join us September 30th, 6:00-7:30pm, for a panel discussion in the rich history, current expression, and upcoming possibilities of Latino worship in America. Three Latino/a ministers of the Gospel, all graduates or current students of Andover Newton, will speak from their personal experience as leaders in the Latino/a Christian tradition. A question and answer period will follow. The event will conclude with a small reception.
