Prof. Harvey Cox lectures on “Moses, the Exodus, and Archaeology”

Harvey Cox, distinguished author and theologian, Hollis Research Professor of Divinity at Harvard University, and former professor at Andover Newton, will lecture on Moses, the Exodus, and Archaeology. The lecture, co-sponsored by The Massachusetts Bible Society and Andover Newton, is the first lecture in MassBible’s 2010 Harrell F. Beck Lecture Series, which Professor Cox has subtitled Coming to Grips with the Bible.The lectures in the Coming to Grips with the Bible series, each given in a different venue throughout Massachusetts, are all free and open to the public. All are welcome to attend.
