New Field Education training video released

This is a short excerpt from a 30-minute training video, produced by the Massachusetts Bible Society Media Center for Andover Newton’s Field Education Program. The excerpt explains the origins and purpose of the program and includes scenes from the program in action. The full-length video is designed to orient the program’s teaching partners, which include teaching parishes and other programs in the Boston area that provide hands-on experiences for Andover Newton students. The program is an example of the unique practical training Andover Newton provides for those studying for the ministry, given them direct encounters with the issues and activities they will face as leaders of the church.

The film was produced by Media Center Director Robert Craigue.
