Andover Newton Theological School formally affiliated with Yale Divinity School on July 20, 2017. Under this new partnership Andover Newton will provide ministerial leadership education for religious leadership in the historically-congregational faith community, and Yale Divinity School will grant degrees. For that reason, applicants should contact Yale Divinity School to express interest in Andover Newton programs. 
 
In the midst of transition, Andover Newton continues to offer courses in Newton, MA but is admitting no new students to degree programs. Prospective participants in courses offered in Newton who wish to be considered for “Special Student Status” (earning credit that can be transferred elsewhere), or who wish to audit one or more courses as “Lay Auditors” or “Ministers-in-the-Vicinity,” should contact Dean of the Faculty Sarah B. Drummond at sdrummond@ants.edu to discuss their interests.
