Andover Newton Student Campus Housing

Because we understand that our student body has differing housing needs based on marital status, the presence of children, and a wide range of personal preferences, Andover Newton has six residence buildings to accommodate and be sensitive to as many of these factors as possible. Campus housing options include furnished dormitory-style rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, unfurnished studio apartments for single occupancy, and unfurnished one- and two-bedroom apartments for couples and families. Please see House Tours and Information for details on each residence.

Pets are not allowed in student residences. Exceptions are made for service animals required to accommodate disabled students under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

All residence halls are non-smoking.  There are designated smoking areas near each of the halls.

Wi-Fi Access: All residence halls except Herrick House apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi accessibility, which is included in the monthly rental fee.

Andover Newton Student Housing Contracts:

Full-time housing is offered to students on a first-come, first-served basis. Students wishing to apply for housing should complete and return Full-time Housing Application (PDF).
