Herrick Road Housing

Our campus on Herrick Road has six residence buildings. Housing options include furnished dormitory-style rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, unfurnished studio apartments for single occupancy, and unfurnished one- and two-bedroom apartments for couples and families. Please see House Tours and Information for details on each residence.
 
Pets are not allowed in student residences. Exceptions are made for service animals required to accommodate disabled students under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

All residence halls are non-smoking.  There are designated smoking areas near each of the halls.

Wi-Fi Access: All residence halls except Herrick House apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi accessibility, which is included in the monthly rental fee.

Herrick Road Housing Contracts:

Full-time housing is offered to residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents wishing to apply for housing should complete and return Full-time Housing Application (PDF). The deadline for completing a housing application is June 15. Housing Contracts are issued for the academic year, September 1 through May 31, with the option (based on requirements) of contract extension through the summer. A new academic year contract must be signed each year.

All Contract extensions and renewals are made at the discretion of the Housing office.

Residents are responsible for payment through the entire contract time.

Residents are notified of their housing assignments at the end of June for each upcoming fall term.

Boston Theological Institute (BTI) Housing at Herrick Road

BTI Student Housing Process:

Housing is offered to students attending a member school of the Boston Theological Institute. Applications for Fall term should be submitted no earlier than May 1. No applications made prior to May 1 will be accepted. Students wishing to apply for housing should complete and return a BTI Student Housing Application (PDF). Housing Contracts are issued for the academic year, September 1 through May 31 with the option (based on requirements) of contract extension through the summer. A new academic year contract must be signed each year.

All Contract extensions and renewals are made at the discretion of the Housing office.
