The Professor-Practitioner Program (P3)

Students in their required two, consecutive, twelveweek semesters of Field Education must register for one P3-designated course and participate in the course’s P3 section. The P3 course is a three-credit regular course in the ANTS curriculum. The P3 section earns students 1.5 credits toward the Field Education requirement. P3 section participation is graded SAT/UNSAT. Permission of the Field Education Program is required.

Sections will be led by Resident Ministry Practitioners (RMPs), who also participate in leadership in the P3 course. A list of RMPs, their biographies, and the courses with which they have been matched is available through the Field Education Program. P3 sections’ activities include group refl ection on Field Education and intentional integration of the P3 course’s content with the work of ministry. The following list describes options for P3 courses and sections. Limit: 8
